IFB #22-4110-03 AWARDED

Isle of Wight County is seeking competitive bids to upgrade an existing Refuse and Recycling Center located at the intersection of Old Stage Highway and Route 10 in Isle of Wight County. Site improvements consist of, but are not limited to; existing pavement and fence demolition, re-grading, new concrete and asphalt pavement installation, signage, striping, new fencing, landscaping, a stormwater management facility, and site lighting. The project includes provisions for temporary erosion and sediment control features including, but not limited to; silt fence, tree protection, and temporary & permanent seeding. Contractor shall provide a warranty on all work for a period of one (1) year after final payment.
