County of Isle of Wight 2nd half 2015-2016 Real Estate and the 1st half 2016 Personal Property tax bills due June 6, 2016 were mailed mid-April 2016. If you own Real Estate and/or Personal Property and did not receive a tax bill, please contact our office immediately to determine if you owe any tax. State law requires that Real Estate and Personal Property taxes not paid by June 6, 2016 will incur penalty and interest. Failure to receive a tax bill does not relieve penalty and interest. A postmark of June 6, 2016 is required to avoid penalty and interest.
