Zoning Certification/Interpretation Request
A Zoning Certification letter is a written statement of the zoning regulations, permitted uses, and development approvals related to a parcel of land.
To request a Zoning Certification letter please submit a written request to planreview@iwus.net or mail to Central Permitting, PO Box 80, Isle of Wight, Virginia 23397 specifying what information you would like provided. (There is no form to fill out.) Please include the address and tax map number.
A fee of $100.00 is due at submittal, please make checks payable to Treasure of Isle of Wight County, or if paying by card, an email will be sent with instructions and a link for payment.

Our address is 17140 Monument Circle, Suite 100, Isle of Wight VA 23397. We are in Building B which is the 2-story brick building across from the Historic Boykins Tavern. Our office is on the right, through the double glass doors.
