Rudolph Jefferson

Rudolph Jefferson, Hardy District, is serving his second term on the Board. Mr. Jefferson retired after over 30 years of service at the U.S. Department of Navy as a Quality Assurance Specialist and eight years with Newport News Shipbuilding. Mr. Jefferson serves on the Western Tidewater Jail Authority Board of Directors. His terms expires December 31, 2025.
