Dick Grice

Dick Grice, Smithfield District, is serving his first term on the Board. Mr. Grice received an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Mr. Grice is the owner of Grice Enterprises. His term expires December 31, 2023.
