Planning Commission Bylaws
The Planning Commission Bylaws provide more detailed information about the Planning Commission including, when the Planning commission was created, their objectives as a body, how members are appointed and their terms, and the duties of members. In addition it explains what notice is needed to convene a meeting, what the requirements for cancelling a meeting are, how the meeting if conducted. The bylaws also define how a public hearing is conducted and define the sub-committees of the Planning Commission.
