April 10. Walking Tour of Nike Park. 2 p.m. Virtually visit one of the Cold War’s few surviving Army Air-Defense Posts. Local historian Albert Burckard hosts a short presentation and a walking tour of this site which contains the original barracks, mess hall, administration and recreation building, officer/non-commissioned officer family housing, fueling area and underground missile magazines.

PROGRAMS
Kangaroo Kidz – Kangaroo Kidz offers a fun and safe environment for children at Carrsville Elementary School only. During the program children will have time for games, arts and crafts, and homework. This program is open to Carrsville students kindergarten-5th grade. Fees: Before and After $50 per week. Before or After $30 per week, one time registration fee of $10 due at the time of enrollment. Quilting Bee- Are you a quilter? If so, bring your machine down to Nike Park on Mondays from 6pm-8pm. Cost $7 per month
Tennis – Tennis lessons for individuals 6 years old to Adult. Lessons are from June-October at Nike Park. Classes are taught by a certified USTA instructor with years of experience teaching youth and adults. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at Nike Park.
