Mission Statement
The Billing Office is responsible for the utility system’s service account activities. The department currently provides water service to approximately 2312 accounts and sewer service to approximately 1841 accounts. The courteous, dedicated staff in the Billing Office respond to customer inquiries regarding utility service, account status, fee and rate schedules, etc. Additionally, staff in this division coordinate the utility billing system and the processing of payments for the department. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
