Amendments to the August 2005 Zoning Ordinance:

1.  Ordinance amendment to allow the replacement of certain nonconforming signs (Section 9-1013.C.1) adopted April 18, 2006.

3.  Ordinance amendments to Fiscal Impact Analysis (Section 1-1015.F.4) , SR District Side Yard Setbacks (Section 4-7005.D), Highway Corridor Overlay District Requirements (Section 6-1006.B-C., 1007.A.7, and 1008.A.3), Newport Development Overlay District Requirements (Section 6-2005.D, 6-2006.A.7, 6-2007.A. 3, and 6-2009.G.1), Historic Overlay District (Section 6-3001), Floodplain Management Overlay District Requirements (Section 6-4006.B.3), Simplified Site Plan Requirements (Section 7-2003.A), and Temporary Signs (Section 9-1004.A-D) adopted February 13, 2007.

4. Ordinance amendments to allow the expansion, restoration and replacement of nonconforming structures with certain conditions (Section 1-1020.G.4 and H.1), include Class A and B manufactured homes in the definition of Farm Employee Housing (Section 3-2000), include Farm Wineries and Viticulture in Agricultural Use Types (Section 3-2000), add a definition of Lawn and Garden Services in Commercial Use Types (Section 3-6000), include Lawn and Garden Services as a conditional use in the Rural Agricultural Conservation district (Section 4-2003.E), allow Law and Garden Services as a permitted use in the Limited Commercial District (Section 4-9002.E), the General Commercial District (Section 4-10002.E), the Limited Industrial District (Section 4-11000.D), the General Industrial District (Section 4-12000.D) and the Planned Industrial Park District (Section 4-19002.D), include a restriction in the Rural Residential District (Section 4-3006.F) that no lots shall be designed with more than 30% of the required minimum lot area consisting of environmentally sensitive features listed in Section 5-40000.C.1, clarify that the height limit of all structures in the Limited Industrial district shall be 35 feet and may be increased to 50 feet provided that setbacks are increased by one foot for each additional foot of height (Section 4-11005.A.1), add supplementary regulations for accessory buildings (Section 5-2000.A, E and H); and add supplementary regulations for Farm Employee Housing and Farm Wineries (Section 5-5001.B and I) adopted April 19, 2007.
