The Historic Architectural Review Committee (HARC) Bylaws provide more detailed information about the HARC including, when the HARC was created, their objectives as a body, how members are appointed and their terms, and the duties of members. In addition it explains what notice is needed to convene a meeting, what the requirements for cancelling a meeting are, and how the meeting is conducted. The bylaws also define how a public hearing is conducted and define how subcommittees may operate.
You can review the bylaws here: HARC Bylaws and in the Document Library
