The Historic Architectural Review Committee (HARC) meets as needed on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM. in the Robert C. Claud Sr. Board Room at the County Courthouse Complex. Notice for HARC meetings is posted around Isle of Wight County offices, advertized in the local newpapers, and posted on the County’s website.
Applications are due 30 days prior to the meeting. There is currently no fee for HARC applications. The application and checklist can be downloaded here, or in the Document Library.
