The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) Bylaws provide more detailed information about the BZA including, when the BZA was created, their objectives as a body, how members are appointed and their terms, and the duties of members. In addition it explains what notice is needed to convene a meeting, what the requirements for cancelling a meeting are, how the meeting if conducted. The bylaws also define how a public hearing is conducted.
