Land Use Program There was an error printing notices for those properties in the Land Use program. The notices incorrectly list the July 1, 2009 “land use” value rather than the “fair market” value. You may view the July 1, 2009 “Fair Market” Value for your property via the 2010 Reassessment Data link on the left side panel of this page. Once you have accessed your property’s data, select the “Valuation History” link.  Public

The County of Isle of Wight would like to remind property owners that reassessment notices for the 2010 tax year were mailed on May 21, 2010. Anyone wishing to schedule an appointment to discuss their new assessment with the Board of Assessors and representatives from Wampler-Eanes Appraisal Group, LTD may call the Reassessment Office at (757) 242-6225 through June 10, 2010. Land use values for those properties which qualify are not reflected on the assessment notice.
