Strategic Plan 2009-2010
The Board of Supervisors adopted a new Strategic Plan at their March 3, 2009 regular meeting. The groundwork for this plan was laid at the Strategic Planning Retreat held by the Board of Supervisors on November 14-15, 2008 and facilitated by Mike Chandler. The product of that process was presented by Mr. Chandler for follow-up discussion at the Board's meeting on January 22, 2009.
