The Human Resources Department assists County departments in attracting, retaining and motivating qualified employees. Human Resources is responsible for administering compensation programs, developing staff training, coordination of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action programs, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, employee recruitment and performance assessment.
