Constitutional Officers
In Virginia, the citizens elect not just their local, state and federal representatives, but also their constitutional officers, whose offices are established by the Constitution of Virginia. Isle of Wight County has four constitutional officers elected to four year terms with the Circuit Court Clerk elected to an eight-year term.
