Making Payments for Permits

For the convenience of our customers we now accept payments in our office with either check or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Payments may be made by mail with completed application.

Payments may be made in person at the Central Permitting office from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Payments may be made online only after a permit has been issued by the Central Permitting office.

*It is important to note that Electronic Payment Service (EDS*PAY) has been selected as the service provider for online payments. The Treasurer’s Office DOES NOT charge additional fees to provide payment options to it’s Citizens. However, Electronic Payment Service does assess convenience fee in association with conducting these transactions. This rate is $2.15 for permits.
