CASA Volunteers are as “special” as each and every child the organization represents. The best part about being a CASA Volunteer is that your participation can really make a difference in the life of an abused and/or neglected child.
We are always looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to advocate for the children in our community! CASA Volunteer Advocates are trained and appointed by a judge to advocate for children who are victims of abuse and neglect. The Volunteer Advocates receive 35 hours of training (including 4 hours of court monitoring) from staff, judges, social services, staff, and individuals from other participating agencies within the local community.
The CASA volunteer opportunity is a flexible one, whereas the volunteer can plan the volunteer work around his/her schedule. We also try to make the required training convenient by offering 4 training sessions a year.
If you have an interest in this child advocacy program, print, complete and return the Volunteer Application. You will then be contacted to schedule your interview and application process. For more volunteer information, please review the Volunteer Job Description, feel free to visit the National CASA Association website, or contact the volunteer office.

Remember…
“…A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in,
or the kind of car I drove…but the world may be different because
I was important in the life of a child…”
