Strategic Plan 2011-2012
The Board of Supervisors adopted a revised Strategic Plan at their April 7, 2011, regular meeting. The groundwork for this revised plan was laid at the Strategic Planning Retreat held by the Board of Supervisors in November 2010 and facilitated by Mike Chandler. The product of that process was presented by Mr. Chandler for follow-up discussion at the Board’s meeting on March 24, 2011.
