Al Casteen has been married to Newanna Strange Casteen since 1969 and they have two married daughters. One’s family lives in Suffolk and the other’s family lives nearby in Smithfield with their granddaughter.
Casteen is 62 (born in June of 1949) and has both a BS and MBA from ODU and is a retired business and computer consultant. Major clients were among the top 25 biggest companies in the world.
In retirement, Casteen is only active in the old car hobby and manages his commercial rental property in Portsmouth.
