2. Turn Out and Turn In every day. (Weather Permitting)

4. Stall cleaned 5 Days of the Week.( Weekends are reserved for the Horse Owner.)
5. Free Choice Hay.  We grow Wrangler Bermuda which is recommended by Virginia Tech. as a High (13 to 14 %) Protein Feed
6. Twice Daily Grain.  Barn Grain is Nutrena “Safe Choice”.
7. Daily Wormer. Zimecterin Gold semiannually. (Spring &Fall)
8. Trails available for Riding on site.(92Acres)
9. Bar-Bar A automatic waterers in the pasture to reduce mosquito infestation.
10. We use Arbico Organics “Fly Eliminators” to reduce the potential for fly infestations.
11. Owner/Operator lives on site in view of the barn.
12. Plenty of room for Tack storage.
13. Space for parking your trailer.
14. Multiple Horse Discount Offered.
