Products:MILL SWAMP INDIAN HORSES is a small, family-owned operation where Indian Horses are raised and trained naturally. Our mares are of small sturdy stock, born or bred on the western range. Our horses are worked in the round pen, handled regularly and trained very gently. We ride our gentled horses on long trail rides.Clinics on Natural Horsemanship (on-& off-site) by Steve Edwards, President of the Virginia American Indian Horse Association & a Wild Horse Mentor. Also riding lessons & horse gentling lessons.
Directions: Head South on Main St./258. Turn Right onto Route 10 West Bypass. Turn LEFT onto WRENNS MILL ROAD (VA Rt 677) and travel one mile. Turn RIGHT onto BETHANY CHURCH ROAD (VA Rt 678) and travel two miles.
Turn RIGHT onto MILL SWAMP ROAD (VA Rt 626) and travel just over one mile. Turn RIGHT onto MOONLIGHT ROAD. Turn RIGHT almost immediately into the pasture lane. If you have gotten as far as a little house on the right, then you’ve gone too far.
